Duplicate charge
Instant refundAccidentally charged twice for the same service? We'll refund the duplicate immediately - no questions asked.
Pre-generation request
48-hour windowPurchased a plan but haven't generated any content yet? Request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
Non-Refundable Scenarios

Change of mind
