Platform Usage
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use tryluvify. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
Use our platform to create and share positive, love-focused content. Abusive, hateful, or illegal content will result in immediate account suspension.
Content Ownership
Your Content
You retain full ownership of all photos, text, and media you upload. tryluvify does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
License to Operate
By uploading content, you grant tryluvify a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our service.
Template Designs
Our templates, UI designs, animations, and brand assets remain the intellectual property of tryluvify and may not be reproduced or resold.
Prohibited Activities
Content Restrictions
Do not upload or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or violates any third-party rights including copyright.
Technical Restrictions
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform. Automated access or bots are strictly prohibited without written permission.
Service Availability
Uptime
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. Major changes will be communicated via email.
Limitation of Liability
Service Provided "As Is"
tryluvify is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee error-free operation.
Liability Cap
In no event shall tryluvify be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
